What is a video distance learning class?

"Distance Learning Classes are designed to bring together students in a variety of locations for classes with one instructor. Students are able to see, hear and interact live with the instructor and other students through our video conferencing system. Curently Ivy Tech offers a variety of video distance learning formats ranging from live video conferences to streaming video over the Internet. Ivy Tech also offers web based distance learning curriculum using Blackboard Courseware.

The Career Resource Center of Brown County is accepting applications to provide access to distance learning opportunities. This can be accomplished through scheduling participatory events or hosting events at the Center for community oraganizations or businesses.
