What is a video distance learning
class?
"Distance
Learning Classes are designed to bring together students in need
of classes and teachers available to teach them. Through the use
of videoconferencing on the Vision Athena network schools needing
classes are able to offer to Indiana students the courses that
they need in order to fulfill State requirements as well as advanced
placement and dual-credit course opportunities not always available
to schools statewide. Some classes offer web-based instruction
and support and traditional video supplements." Vision

There are a number of ways to take
advantage of the latest technology available at the Career Resource
Center:
The
Career Resource Center of Brown County is accepting applications
to provide access to distance learning opportunities. This can
be accomplished through scheduling participatory events or hosting
events at the Center.
